What happens next?
On receipt of your completed booking form, your Customer Advisor will contact you to introduce herself and confirm receipt of your booking.
We work diligently to find you the right Angel whatever your requirements. Whether we are caring for your home and possessions or your home and cherished pets, our aim is to provide you with a service which is second to none.
Once we have allocated and introduced your Angel to you, a meeting is arranged so that you can meet them prior to the booking. Once you are happy with our choice, we endeavour to use the same Angel on subsequent bookings, giving you and your animals' continuity of service.
What does the Angel do whilst I am away?
During your meeting with your Angel, a comprehensive checklist will have been completed. Using the information you have provided, our Angel will carefully follow your routines regarding the care of your home, the feeding, grooming and exercising of your animals, ensuring that they receive an abundance of care and attention.
Our Angels are chosen for their ability to handle household emergencies, but should one arise whereby support is needed all our Angels are provided with a 24-hour emergency helpline where they can speak to a senior member of our team.

All our Angels are covered by our fully comprehensive insurance.
